Ritz Seating Chart

The historic Ritz Theater is available for rental for plays, concerts, seminars, receptions, family reunions, lectures, recitals, pageants and more.  Our theater and banquet facilities can accommodate groups up to 356. 

ENCORE ROOM

The Encore Room will seat 100 banquet style and 80 meeting style.  A complete commercial kitchen is available.

THEATER

• Seats 240 in the orchestra section and 116 in the balcony.

• Lighting, sound, dressing rooms, orchestra pit, piano and set shop are available. 

• Stage Dimensions:

  •      Proscenium - 29’ 11” wide, 14’ 7” height

  •      Depth - 20’ 2”

  •      Apron - 5’ 2” @ DSC

  •      SL Wing - 4’ wide, 20’ 2” length

  •      SR Wing - 7’ wide, 20’ 2” length

  •      Fly Space - 30’+

One upstage baton, one midstage baton and a midstage practical baton (5’ length) exist.  All batons are dead weighted and will not support more than fifty (50) pounds.  Fly lines are on the USR deck.  All lines are suspended on a grid.

The Tennessee Valley Art Center is available for rental for private parties, weddings, receptions, family reunions, recitals and more.  The Art Center can accommodate groups up to 225. 

The Mary B. Brown, Mauldin and Education galleries can seat 225 banquet style.  The education gallery can seat 120 meeting style.  A complete kitchen is available. 

The galleries are not available for private use during hours of operation.
