The purposes for which the Association is
organized are:

to operate and maintain a center for
the arts;
-
to encourage
improvement in the quality of life in northwest Alabama through
furthering expression in and the appreciative understanding of
all of the arts;
-
to bring
together all persons interested in the arts;
-
to conduct
planned programs, demonstrations, exhibitions, etc. on various
phases of the arts; and
-
to provide
varied art-education opportunities for its members and for the
general public.
